This year's model

What does daylight savings time, "Meet the Press" and a hot cup of coffee produce? Apparently, a "just okay" jack-o-lantern.

I've done better, but at least I have something to put outside the front door. Now I'm off to buy candy. Hope the kids like Nickers, Butterthumbs, and M&N's.

I had no idea this was the weekend for DST. Fortunately, my computer knew what was up.

dubin - Heh heh. Will do. I can't take credit for coming up with those names. Got them from last week's episode of "Everybody Hates Chris." That's the Halloween candy the really thrifty dad bought.

I actually got some good stuff for children: Reese's Sticks, Junior Mints, Tootsie Pops, and Kit Kats. I remember buying *just enough* candy last year, but forgot how much that was. So I bought a lot.

thse - Computers are great for stuff like that. And pornography.

How about some circus peanuts?

Spdrz beware...Micah will go postal on your ass about circus peanuts...I love the little heart clogging clumps of sugar, but Micah is disgusted with the little treats....

Micah--I suppose you watch "Everybody Hates Chris" on your Magnetbox TV. Or is it a Sorny? Or did you splurge and get the Carnivale?

Actually, I've got a Panaphonic.

This jack o' pumpkin is well done. I first got a glimpse of your talents in a far away land called Vegas. Good to see you're putting your creativity to work.

HEY, D!!! What's up? Thanks for the compliment. Not my best work, but I look forward to carving a pumpkin each year.

And consider your blog linked.
