A lot of new additions compared to the last count, mainly because I had the iPod on continuous shuffle during Beach Week (and I played JWH's entire catalog). Today I received Elvis Costello's My Flame Burns Blue (recorded live with the Metropole Orkest at the North Sea Jazz Festival) as an Easter present from my mom - along with We Love Katamari, which will no doubt consume my life as much as the first game - and it includes a great reworking of his "Watching the Detectives". Will it enter the countdown? Stay tuned.
awww, "Adrenaline!" by the Roots but no "!!!!"? for shame.
ReplyDeleteI don't see anything by the Pussycat Dolls. This list has no credibility.
ReplyDeletejasdye - If I was assembling a Super Group, ?uestlove would definitely be the drummer (sorry, Keith Moon, John Bonham, and Phil Collins). That said, "!!!" wouldn't rank among my favorite Roots songs; "Adrenaline!" would.
ReplyDeleteTHSE - Sorry. I've heard PD's music (or, rather, their song) and it doesn't do anything for me. Neither the do the actual group members. My fantasy women have a bit more boobage. Not that I'd throw them out of bed for eating crackers...
CB - I'm pushing 8k songs. The top spot has 9 spins, while lowly number 25 has 6 (or maybe 5 - I forgot to bring my cord to this wifi-enabled coffee shop).
Last comment not showing up on the main page. Weird. Maybe this'll bump it up.
