Clambake! (sans Elvis)

My week of grilled seafood dinners (except for Monday's BLT salad from Wendy's) continued last night.

No mercy for the ones that wouldn't open.

I threw some clams on the grill and then covered them in a garlic and curry butter sauce. On the menu for tonight: tuna steak.

Unrelated to food (except maybe in Korea): about 1000 greyhounds need homes and your help. Click here for more information.

Was the pic taken before or after the snow showers?

Damn. I'm going to start coming to your house for dinner.

spydrz - The snow's been away for about a week now. This was last night and, although the sun was out, it was still unseasonably cold. Today is much better.

QC - Come over anytime!

It's been unseasonably cold here also. Only supposed to be 68 today.

thanks for posting the link, Micah! This is really a crisis situation for the pups (a track is closing, which is good...but we've got to place all the disenfranchised dogs, which is hard!)

Nice clams! ;)

Because in college: A) I was more concerned with perfecting jambalaya (and I did), B) I was a culinary late bloomer, C) Meal plan, and D) Y'all bitches never asked.

But I'll gladly cook whatever. You just make the payments on the house.

Just don't cook D-Hall food. "Grilled" cheeses and Lucky Charms won't cut it.

That looks so good. Reminds me of back home in New England. I jus threw in some Ahi Tuna in my freezer, but I'm unsure what I'm going to do with it. Well, I mean, other than eating it.

spydrz - Don't knock D-hall's grilled cheese. It got me through some tough times.

KtG - Be sure to thaw the fish properly.
