It's a beautiful day for a ballgame

In a matter of minutes I'll be driving down to Cincinnati to meet blog buddy Kate for the Reds/Nationals game. I'm excited as this is the first time I'll be seeing my beloved Nationals live. Sure, they lost the first two games of this series, but I have a feeling that the presence of my fandom in the ballpark today will give them the edge. After all, I've got a Nationals cap.

Vargas has a 9.00ERA? Yikes. Guess the Reds will sweep the series. Of course, the Braves' bullpen sucks too...

spydrz - We did. And yes, the Reds did.

Cigar Jack - Be careful. I just may hold you to that.

Shamrock - Wow. Way to ramble! So far, the Nationals are much better than the Expos could ever dream of being, so that's a start (although, a .500 finish would be nice). And the only way the Red Sox will play the Nats this season is if they both make it to the World Series. Yeah, right! Boston making the championship. Ha!

CB - How does it feel to be a Red Sox fan in Yankee country? Must be hell to put up with all of them.

KPMD - Nope, hat came as is. You know, for all of the trouble I went through for that Capitals hat, I barely wore the thing. And Shamrock switched baseball loyalties after Boston sold out and won the championship. They are so not indie.
